Lipsa S. Sheth

Founder and Publisher

Lipsa has been a member of the Michigan community for over 20 years. She has been actively involved in many fundraising events and supporting various charitable organizations while raising her children. Prior to moving to Michigan, Lipsa lived in New York City and worked in the finance division of several media companies.

Like many others in the Indian community, she realized that the community lacked a digital site which offered more than resources. Inspired by other ethnic publications, she began exploring this concept and searched for a partner who would support this vision. In 2018, The Indian SCENE site was developed in partnership with Renaissance Media and launched on February 1, 2019.

Lipsa enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures and beliefs. She lives in Bloomfield Hills with her husband and three daughters who are her inspiration for staying healthy and feeling happy. On a cheat day, you can find her indulging in a seemingly endless pursuit of NYC style pizza.
