3/4 cup wheat flour/aata
1 cup sugar
1 slab/ 8 tablespoons of butter (room temperature)

1 & 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can replace with raisins or other nuts )
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a separate bowl, combine butter and sugar. Add milk to this mixture and whisk well for one minute. For the next steps, add rest of the listed dry ingredients to the batter along with a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Finally, prepare cookies in the size and shape as you please and lay them upon a lined baking tray. Pop them in the oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10-12 minutes, until they turn golden brown in color. Once done, transfer the cookies onto a cooling rack or a plate. After cooling them down completely, enjoy the cookies with a hot cup of coffee, tea, or chocolate.
